1. Introduction
Rayhan Dispatch LLC (“Rayhan Dispatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit rayhandispatch.com (the “Site”) or join our early-access list. By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you join our early-access list, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, the type of carrier you are (owner-operator, small fleet, or larger carrier), the number of trucks you operate, your home base or primary lanes, and your preference for receiving updates by WhatsApp. If you contact us directly, we also collect the information contained in your message.
Information collected automatically.When you visit the Site, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically collect limited technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the date and time of your visit — for security, fraud prevention, and to operate the Site. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Contact you about Rayhan Dispatch, including early access and our launch;
- Respond to your inquiries and requests;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- Communicate with you by phone, text message, WhatsApp, and email as described below;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
- Protect the rights, property, and safety of Rayhan Dispatch, our users, and others.
4. Phone, Text, and WhatsApp Communications
By submitting your information, you expressly consent to be contacted by Rayhan Dispatch by phone call, SMS/text message, WhatsApp message, and email at the phone number and email address you provide, for purposes relating to Rayhan Dispatch, including early access and launch updates.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. We contact our early-access list personally and do not use automated mass-calling or mass-texting systems.
You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below to be removed from any or all communications. Opting out of one channel does not necessarily opt you out of others; tell us if you wish to opt out of all contact.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We do not use cookies for advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking. Our hosting and security provider may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to operate the Site securely and protect against malicious activity. Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers.With third-party companies that perform services for us — such as data storage, email delivery, and website hosting — who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a government request; to enforce our terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rayhan Dispatch, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your consent. With your direction or consent.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
We currently rely on the following providers to operate our Site and early-access list:
- Airtable— stores the information you submit through our form.
- Resend— delivers email notifications to our team.
- Cloudflare— hosts the Site and provides security and content-delivery services.
Each provider processes information under its own privacy and security terms. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including contacting you about Rayhan Dispatch and our launch — and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion at any time as described below.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide your information at your own risk.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access or know the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, opt out of some or all communications, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
11. U.S. State Privacy Rights
California.If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request access to and deletion of your personal information; to request correction of inaccurate personal information; and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Other states. If you are a resident of another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others), you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any state privacy right, contact us as described below. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
12. International Users
The Site is intended for users in the United States, and we operate from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing your information are your consent and our legitimate interests in operating and growing our business; you may withdraw consent at any time.
13. Children's Privacy
The Site and our services are intended for commercial trucking professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We do not track users across third-party websites.
15. Links to Other Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and post the updated Policy on this page. Material changes will be posted here. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
