1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website rayhandispatch.com (the “Site”), operated by Rayhan Dispatch LLC (“Rayhan Dispatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, or by joining our early-access list, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who May Use the Site

The Site is intended for commercial trucking professionals in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Pre-Launch Status; No Guarantee of Service

Rayhan Dispatch is in a pre-launch phase. The Site provides general information and allows you to join an early-access list. Joining the early-access list does not create a contract for services, does not guarantee that you will receive any service, early-access spot, pricing, or feature, and does not guarantee that Rayhan Dispatch will launch on any particular date or at all. We may change, suspend, delay, or discontinue any aspect of our planned services, pricing, or the Site at any time, without notice or liability. Any description of future services is subject to change.

4. The Early-Access List

If you submit your information to join the early-access list, you may be contacted by us as described in our Privacy Policy. Joining the list places no obligation on you to purchase anything, and places no obligation on us to provide any service. You may ask to be removed from the list at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security;
  • Use any robot, scraper, or automated means to access or collect data from the Site without our permission; or
  • Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, the “Rayhan Dispatch” name and marks, images, and design — are owned by or licensed to Rayhan Dispatch LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of any third-party site is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rayhan Dispatch LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rayhan Dispatch LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Severability; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rayhan Dispatch regarding the Site.
